If you can’t make it in to one of our convenient Canada Gold locations, there is another way to turn your unwanted items into cash. Our easy, secure, pre-paid mail in option is always available.
Why Us? Canada Gold established its mail-in program as a safe and viable alternative to those risky “cash for gold” operations that force unsuspecting consumers to accept unfair rates and impossible return policies.
We take pride in our service commitment, whether you visit one of our locations or mail in your items – each and every client is treated with the utmost care and consideration and offered the same industry-leading rates. As gold buying specialists with physical locations from coast-to-coast, we have gained the trust of thousands of customers and clients and can offer this secure, high-end alternative to the usual mail-in service at no extra cost!
We are also proud to be among the few precious metals dealers accredited by the Better Business Bureau in the provinces of BC and Alberta.
Here’s How It Works:
Take a moment to fill out the Secure GoldPack order form below or contact us for assistance. This service is free of charge and there is never any obligation to sell your items.
We will mail out your Secure GoldPack as soon as we receive your request. Within a week you should receive your Secure GoldPack, which includes free return shipping and insurance as well as instructions on how to return it. Just fill it with your items and return it to us at not cost.
Your items will be tested and evaluated just as though you had brought them into one of our stores yourself. The results of our testing is fully documented and sent back to you within one business day of us receiving your items along with your payment. Items that we are not able to purchase (not gold, silver or platinum) can be returned or donated to the Dress For Success campaign.
Should you have any questions along the way, feel free to call or email us at our head office in Vancouver. You can always reach us toll free at 1-888-682-5832 and press 1 for our Vancouver office.
